Reflexology

The origins of Reflexology date back to more than 5,000 years ago. Ancient history indicates that Reflexology was originally practised in Egypt, India, and China, and has been practised for centuries all around the world by many different cultures.

Reflexology is a therapy, which involves using special pressure techniques with the thumbs and fingers, which are applied to the feet. These techniques are applied to reflex points on our feet, which are linked by energy pathways to corresponding organs, glands, and systems of the body, and therefore, the feet can be seen as a map of the body.

The movement of energy is stimulated along these pathways, restoring the free flow of energy. This will enable the body to heal itself, and function more effectively, restoring balance and well being to the whole body.
