Hello and welcome to my website. I am a fully qualified Advanced Clinical Sports Massage Therapist and Advanced Myofascial Release Therapist based in Emsworth, near Havant, Hampshire, and I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.

I provide specialist treatment using Advanced Clinical Sports Massage and Myofascial Release Techniques, to work the soft tissues and muscles of the body, for people who are suffering from chronic discomfort or pain. I use a combination of techniques such as, Amma Fusion, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Work, and Advanced Sports Stretching.

I also provide Swedish Massage, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage treatments.

I will also provide you with self care techniques/rehabilitation programme, which will enable you to become fully involved and in control of your recovery, and to help reduce your discomfort or pain within the shortest possible time.

My clinic is situated near Havant, Waterlooville, Horndean, Chichester and surrounding areas of Hampshire.

If you are coming by public transport, my clinic is conveniently situated within walking distance of Emsworth railway station, which takes approximately 12 minutes, and the nearest bus stop is within a few minutes walk.
